drop shadow text tutorial
Make your text go from this:
To this:
1. Make a new document with the size depending on how large you want your text. Mine is 500 x 125px.
2. Now click on your text tool and type whatever you want to say. Make sure the anti-alias is on the smooth option
3. Now go to EFFECTS >> 3D EFFECTS >> DROP SHADOW and this window will pop up. Match your settings to mine, but set the blur to your liking depending on the size of the text. You can play with the settings a bit:)
4. Merge all your layers MERGE >> MERGE ALL (FLATTEN) and you're all done!:)
