1. Make a new document (FILE >> NEW) set the size to however you want the image to be. Mine is 500 x 100px
2. Now go to your text tool
3. Now on the far right of the text toolbar, change your Kern settings from either -120 to -150px. (you can play around with the settings to your liking) I'm setting mine to -150px
4. Now add some effects to it and you're done!:)
