1. Open up the picture you want to use and duplicate it (LAYERS >> DUPLICATE)

2. Next you're going to make the duplicated layer black & white. So go to EFFECTS >> PHOTO EFFECTS >> BLACK & WHITE FILM and this window will pop up. Match your settings to mine:)

3. Now set your layer to HARD LIGHT at 100% opacity & you're all done:)
