Learn this transition:
1. Open up the photo you'd like to use. Next duplicate it (LAYERS >> DUPLICATE)
2. Now go to your EFFECTS tab, go to ARTISTIC EFFECTS >> AGED NEWSPAPER and match your settings to mine & click OK. Set that layer to OVERLAY at 95% OPACITY.
3. Next make a new raster layer (LAYERS >> NEW RASTER LAYER) and fill it with the color #000080. Set that layer to EXCLUSION at 59% OPACITY.
4. Then you're going to duplicate your background layer (the last layer that's your original ppicture). LAYERS >> DUPLICATE and drag it to the top and set it to SOFT LIGHT at 42% OPACITY.
Your layers should look like this:
5. Now merge your layers. Go to LAYERS >> MERGE >> MERGE VISIBLE
6. Duplicate your merged image (LAYERS >> DUPLICATE) and go to your EFFECTS tab again and go to PHOTO EFFECTS >> FILM AND FILTERS. A window will pop up, match your settings to mine and press OK
7. Set that layer to SOFT LIGHT at 100% opacity. Add some brushes and text and you're all done:)
