Learn this transition:
1. Duplicate your picture (LAYERS >> DUPLICATE) and go to ADJUST >> COLOR >> RED/GREEN/BLUE and match your settings to mine:
2. Now make a new layer (LAYERS >> NEW LAYER) and fill it with the color #ff096c and set it to HUE at 38% OPACITY.
3. Next go to LAYERS >> NEW ADJUSTMENT LAYER >> COLOR BALANCE and match your settings to mine:
4. Now duplicate your background (bottom layer that's your original picture) and drag it to the top. Set that layer to SCREEN at 40% OPACITY.
Your layers should look like this:
5. Then make another new layer (LAYERS >> NEW RASTER LAYER) and fill it with the color #ffff00 and set it to BURN at 34% OPACITY
6. Merge all your layers (LAYERS >> MERGE >> MERGE ALL (FLATTEN)) and sharpen, add some textures, brushes and you're all done!:)
